ANTIQUE GUN: French Percussion Infantry Rifle Model 1842 (158)

A French Infantry Percussion Rifle by Tulle Model of 1842. Hammer moves but does not lock.  These rifles were of US Civil War era and many were purchased by the Union for limited service during that war.  We have not yet been able to research the markings to ascertain if this was an exported rifle or not.
